Part of becoming an elite athlete is learning how to compete at a high level. This class will teach how to push through adversity while developing the proper training techniques to give each athlete a solid foundation and prepare them for the next level.
As each athlete grows, it is important to promote flexibility, stamina and power to be prepared for the High School Level. Acceleration, change of direction and increased power are the main focus during this class.
